Sugar and Shelby Return & Refund Policy

At Sugar and Shelby, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • Due to the personal care nature of our products (such as sugar scrubs and skincare items), we can only accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [7 business days].

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unused item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
